The Enneagram & Communication
Enhancing your communication takes practice and it is most effective to shift one behavior at at time. Using the map of the Enneagram as a tool for greater awareness and change, this training will provide an overview of each of the 9 types in terms of their communication style, body language, blindspots, and triggers along with strategies to enhance communication. Basic knowledge of the Enneagram system is helpful, but not required.
About Margot
Margot Burns is devoted to promoting individual development and team dynamics, using the Enneagram as a foundation for self-awareness and a catalyst for change. She brings an intuitive, grounded presence to her coaching with a healthy mix of humor and creativity. Margot holds a Master’s Degree in rehabilitation counseling and is certified as a rehabilitation counselor, professional coach, and Enneagram teacher/facilitator. Her background includes 17 years as a clinical manager and evaluator in corporate healthcare and insurance company settings and 15 years as the owner of a career evaluation and expert witness consulting.
Margot was introduced to the Enneagram in 2005 and was transformed through the wisdom of this powerful system. Trained by masters through the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, The Enneagram Institute, and The Enneagram in Business, she has a well-rounded and integrated approach to facilitating workshops and leadership development trainings. Margot was trained as a professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is ICF certified. She has attained additional certification through the Enneagram in Business’s Advanced Coaching.
